SBH Radiators Bespoke Service

SBH Radiators are proud to offer a bespoke service on all our towel rails and living space radiators. The process is very simple and will take approximately 6 - 8 weeks from order to your radiator arriving.
Simply let us know the radiator you want, and the dimensions required. Please note, due to the nature of the design of the radiator we may not be able to get it exact, but we will do our best to ensure we are within limits.

Once we have the design and dimensions of the radiator we will generate a drawing and a 3D representation for your approval. Once approved the radiator drawing will be submitted to our manufacturing facility for final checks. If for any reason at the manufacturing facility are unable to manufacture to your specifications we will report back with updated drawings for approval and a reason for the change.
Once all agreed production will start

Mr Ricketts - making a radiator to be a direct replacement of an existing Chrome product

 

Mr Ricketts approached SBH as he had previously enjoyed one of our Towel Rail products in another property.  He had inherited a Chrome Towel Rail which he wanted to replace with an SBH product.  To keep the replacement process as simple as possible we manufactured his new radiator to match the existing:-

  • height
  • width
  • tapping centres
  • mount bracket positions on the rear of the radiator

This meant that replacing was as straight forward as possible. It was a case of isolating, removing and re-installing.

SBH produced CAD drawings to enable us to work clearly with Mr Ricketts to confirm specification and final conversion to a 3D rendered image gave everyone the ability of seeing the radiator before it arrived.
